Podfading

Podfading describes the process of a podcast starting to be created less frequently or irregularly.

Podfading often occurs because the creator of the podcast runs out of time, energy, listeners or new material for their podcast.

Most podcasters create their podcasts in their spare time and the initial enthusiams that they experience soon wains. While there are very few entry barriers to making a podcast, the amount of time an effort involved in the planning, collation of information and editing of the audio files is often underestimated.

Pre-roll

Pre-roll refers to a short section of video shown before the main video. It is typically 5 to 15 seconds long.

This isn't a new term, but because of the increase in the use of video on websites, it is now more commonly heard in web design circles.

A  still image that remains at the end of an online video is oftem called a leave-behind banner.

An internet merchant account and payment gateway are often set up in one process through the same company such as World Pay.
